Stafford Borough Council in partnership with Executive Training and Consultancy Ltd are supporting local businesses with free business growth workshops. Eligible participants are invited to attend one full-day training with a follow-up half-day workshop. Workshops are informal and relaxed and delegates are encouraged to participate, share experiences, and exchange ideas.

- Skills
- Understanding the business processes that create income
- Business development lead generation, sales and selling
- Communications administration targeting customers, pricing, positioning and tactics
- Targeting customers

- Technology
Join us at Aston Marina for a full day workshop starting at 8.30am with a welcome and a continental breakfast. A buffet lunch is also provided and workshops end at 4pm. Participants are also required to attend a follow up half day workshop ending at 1pm. Delegates only need to attend one of the following cohorts.
- Cohort 1 - Tuesday 17 September 2024 (full day) and Tuesday 1 October 2024 (half day)
- Cohort 2 - Tuesday 8 October 2024 (full day) and Tuesday 22 October 2024 (half day)
- Cohort 3 - Tuesday 5 November 2024 (full day) and Tuesday 19 November 2024 (half day)
- Cohort 4 - Tuesday 7 January 2025 (full day) and Tuesday 21 January 2025 (half day)
- Cohort 5 - Tuesday 4 February 2025 (full day) and Tuesday 18 February 2025 (half day)
- Cohort 6 - Tuesday 4 March 2025 (full day) and Tuesday 18 March 2025 (half day)
Participants will also receive a free, two hour face to face business review to help formulate their own growth strategy and go on to apply modern management concepts into their own business environment.
This support is available for firms in Stafford Borough operating in a wide range of sectors including: Manufacturing, Logistics and Wholesale, ICT, Business and Professional Services, Construction and Environmental technologies.
