Please use the website feedback form if you wish to compliment, complain or make a suggestion about any of the services provided by Stafford Borough Council.
This could include reporting any out of date or confusing/irrelevant information on our website, being unable to find what you are looking for, or having difficulty viewing the website. We always welcome suggestions for improvement, and try to act upon them.

Viewing and Downloading Documents
Information on our site can normally be viewed using a web browser. However, larger or more complex documents are usually presented in Portable Document Format (PDF) format. To view the PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download your free version of Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.
Webpage Subscriptions
There is a link at the foot of each webpage that allows you to be notified of changes to that webpage via email notification. You will be sent an email with a link for you to confirm that you want to receive notifications for that page.
Subscription allows you to track page changes without having to frequently re-visit the webpage. You will be sent an email when the page to which you have subscribed changes. The email will also contain an 'unsubscribe' link to allow you to cancel your page subscription at any time. You can subscribe to as many pages as you wish.

Our A to Z of Services is updated automatically each time a webpage is created or removed.
