Q. How we use your personal information
A. The information that you have provided will be used by Stafford Borough Council, who are the data controller, to allow us to administer your parking permit. We will only share your information, when necessary, with our internal customer services departments for processing parking permits and facilitating payments and refunds and where the law requires or allows us to do so. Q. Can I use it on short stay car parks?
A. No, Band C Season Tickets are only valid on Doxey Road Long Stay and Gaol Road car parks only.
Q. How long do they last?
A. You can purchase them to run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
Q. What if I want to purchase more than one ticket?
A. Email us at carparking@staffordbc.gov.uk with details of your requirements and we will get back to you.
Q. Where do I display the ticket?
A. Permits are now virtual, no paper permits will be sent out.
Q. Are there any rules we must abide by?
A. Yes, the season ticket holder is subject to the current Stafford Borough Council off street parking places order (which is available for inspection at the civic centre) and you must comply with the car park regulations as stated on the signs situated by the pay and display machines.
Q. What happens if I change my vehicle?
A. If you change your vehicle you will need to call 01785 773999 before you park to advise of the change.
Q. Will you send a reminder?
A. You can opt in for a text reminder from Pay By Phone at a cost of 10p
Q. Am I guaranteed a parking space?
A. No, The issue of a season ticket does not guarantee or reserve a parking space.
Q. What if I want to cancel my season ticket before its expiry date?
A. The Council will consider issuing refunds for the remaining complete months on 6 and 12 month season tickets ONLY, subject to there being at least 2 complete months remaining minus a £12.50 administration fee. Email carparking@staffordbc.gov.uk to request a refund.
