This service is provided for residents who are unable to place their wheeled bins/blue bags out for collection due to being infirm, elderly or having mobility issues and where there is no other able bodied person aged over 16 years permanently residing at the same address.
The service means that, on your scheduled collection day, the relevant bin(s)/bag will be collected from an accessible and visible point on your property, emptied and returned to the same location.
The initial 'Assistance Duration' is up to a maximum of 12 months. After the expiry of this agreed time of support, you will be contacted to see if you still require assistance and our records will be updated.
