How Season Tickets work
Long stay season tickets are separated into four bands. More information including cost and which car parks they are valid on can be found in the links below.
- Band A Annual Season Tickets Waterfront Multi-storey Only
- Band A Monthly Season Tickets Waterfront Multi-storey Only
- Band B Season Tickets Long Stay Surface Car Parks at North Walls, Gaol and Doxey Road Only
- Band C Season Tickets Long Stay Surface Car Parks at Doxey and Gaol Road Only
- Band D Season Ticket Variable stay Surface Car Park at Christchurch Way, Stone Only
How to Apply for a Band A Season Ticket
Band A season tickets can be purchased by calling 01785 619000 between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday or 8.30am and 4.30pm Friday and press option 6 for parking.
Season Tickets can only be paid for by credit or debit card. Cash payments are no longer accepted.
There is a charge of £12.50 if you need to change any details on your season ticket e.g. car registration.
How to Apply for a Band B, C, or D Season Ticket
Band B, C and D season tickets can now only be purchased via Pay By Phone. Download the app, or register now.
How to Renew a Season Ticket
Band ‘A’ annual or monthly season tickets can be topped up by cash or credit card at selected pay stations within Waterfront car park located on level 1 and 3, alternatively you can call the contact centre on the above number.
Band ‘B’, 'C' and ‘D’ season tickets can only be renewed via Pay By Phone. Download the app, or register now.
Season Ticket Refunds
We will consider refunding the remaining complete months on 6 or 12 month season tickets only. There must be at least 2 complete months remaining on the ticket and a £12.50 administration fee will be charged. Band A monthly season ticket deposit will be refunded on return of the RFID card.
Your season ticket will be cancelled once we have received it.
