The reason we conduct an Empty Homes Review

It is necessary to review these details from time to time to ensure that any council tax charges in respect of the property are accurate.

We require confirmation of the name of the person(s) liable to pay council tax and of whether the property is occupied and/or furnished. You should only complete this form if the Council has sent you an Empty Homes Review form.
