Important Update
We currently have a backlog of applications and therefore validation is taking up to two weeks. If all the required information is present and accurate on an application it will be backdated to the working day it was received.
We are currently unable to receive new pre-application enquiries, but for existing pre-application enquiries and general enquiries the team can be contacted via planning@staffordbc.gov.uk
If anyone wants to submit an application / notification then it is strongly advised that this is done via the Planning Portal and any representations to planning applications / notifications should be sent via Planning Public Access or email planning@staffordbc.gov.uk.
