Stafford's Big Christmas Switch On Show
Stafford Town Centre
Saturday 18 November 2017

This year’s Big Christmas Switch on Show will be guaranteed festive fun for all the family!

Stafford Town Centre will come alive once again with fairground rides, festive side stalls and amusing street theatre. From 2pm be entertained by stunning 80’s themed performances from ‘Now that’s What I Call 80’s’ to remind you all of Last Christmas!

As the magical atmosphere spreads there will even be an old school style 80’s Christmas Disco to get everyone dancing, so dig out your neon legwarmers and sweatbands and get ready to Rock Around the Christmas Tree!!

At 5pm the spectacular Christmas lights will illuminate Stafford Town Centre, followed by a sensational firework display - providing just the right amount of Christmas sparkle in the sky above the square.

Whether it’s an annual event for you and the family, or it’s your first time - join us, wrap up in your ski jackets and experience Stafford’s Big Switch on Show!

The event viewing area consists of Market Square and surrounding streets, including part of Gaolgate Street, Greengate Street, Crabbery Street, St Martins Place and Market Street.

It's anticipated that these areas will become very busy in the build up, and during the event. As in previous years, if necessary, access to the 'viewing area' will be closed for safety once the area reaches capacity, and no new spectators will be able to enter the viewing area.

Please be aware that event photographers will be around throughout the day taking pictures for future promotional purposes.
